About

Indion Entertainment Group (Indion) was formed in 2005 to take advantage of Oklahoma state tax incentives.  The original members Chad Burris and Ted Kroeber, saw an opportunity to promote film within the state and to producers by offering incentives for local investments in film, while delivering the benefit of increased production to the state in both an economic and industry building capacity.

Indion soon restructured ownership, and Burris began to form strategic partnerships with financial advisors, bankers, accounts, attorneys, and entertainment industry professionals to expand the services offered by the company. Indion recognizes a need for financial assistance in areas outside of Oklahoma and is looking for opportunities in other locations.  Indion plans to expand to other states offering soft funding incentives to work with existing state programs.

Oklahoma

Indion Entertainment Group is creating tax credits from investments in film productions as an incentive to qualified Oklahoma taxpayers to invest in films, providing significant savings on taxes to the investor, while helping to grow an exciting new Oklahoma industry.

The net benefit to the production company is approximately 12% of the production budget and is available as an equity investment to the producer.
