Soft Funding

Overview:

• Indion Entertainment Group offers investment of 12% of a production budget in cash for productions shooting in Oklahoma and meeting certain requirements
• Indion investment comes from Indion aligning Oklahoma investors seeking tax credits with producers
• Indion's soft funding can be combined with Oklahoma's state film credits (a cash rebate on 35% of in-state expenses, payable after production) to help a production realize a total soft funding benefit up to 47%

Requirements

• Producing company must be organized as an Oklahoma LLC or Incorporated Company and located within certain qualifying areas of the state.
• Total production cost must be less than $27,000,000 USD
• 50% employees must be Oklahoma residents
• 50% of investment must be spent on certain qualifying items (including locations, rentals, payroll, IP, personal property, vehicles, and hotels).
• Production must shoot 80% of their days in Oklahoma.
