Soft Funding Requirements

Indion Entertainment Group's Co-Production Requirements:

• Producing company must be organized as an Oklahoma LLC or Incorporated Company
  
  
• Total production cost must be less than $27,000,000 USD
  
  
• 50% cast and crew hires must be Oklahoma residents
  
  
• 50% of Company spend on tangible assets (including locations, rentals, IP, personal property, vehicles, and hotels) regardless of where the spend occurs.
  
  
• Production must shoot 80% of their days in Oklahoma.
